Medium exploration (Short term projects)

What is the minimum unit of photographic representation? How far can we go in its visual dimension without losing its documentary value? What happens when the viewer can directly influence the image? And what if the image is generated through a procedural system? How does imagery from digital culture affect the photographic image? What does it mean to give physical form to images in today’s context?

These questions lead me to explore the intersection of photography and the possibilities offered by emerging technologies, thinking of the photographic image as just the starting point for a deeper visual process. Many of these projects have not been produced yet, or remain in the form of sketches and prototypes, but I consider them an essential part of my practice — an exploration of the photographic medium.
